About the Simpli Speech Team

Hello! I’m a licensed and ASHA-certified speech therapist who is deeply passionate about helping people communicate and feel connected. Since earning my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Calvin University, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan in outpatient, hospital, school, skilled nursing, and day center settings.

Like you, I’ve seen how communication challenges can affect relationships within my own family— which is why I’m so passionate about supporting not only my clients, but their loved ones, too. At Simpli Speech, my goal is always to ensure families feel like they have a partner on the journey.

As a leader, I focus on empowering my team with hands-on support to provide personalized, effective, and evidence-based services to our community. I also serve as a Clinical Instructor at Calvin University, where I teach graduate students from across the country.

Outside of work, you can find me traveling, playing music, going for walks, spending time with my dogs, and enjoying my husband’s delicious food creations. I look forward to learning more about how we can support your family at Simpli Speech!
